  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Toasted almond flakes
Instructions
