Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, curry powder, garlic, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
