  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, curry powder, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Peel the carrots and trim off the ends. Brush the carrots with the curry glaze mixture.
