Ingredients
  • 2 cup Chickpeas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  3. Stir in curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder.
  4. Add chickpeas and coconut milk. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and salt.
  6. Garnish with cilantro.
  7. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
