Ingredients
  • 300 gram Spinach
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Garlic Clove
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 4 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 200 milliliter Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add curry powder and cook for another minute.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir in peanut butter and coconut milk, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  6. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
