Ingredients
  • 2 cup Snap peas
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and snap peas. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in curry powder and salt.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with cilantro.
  7. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
