  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Cauliflower
  • 200 gram Peas
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  3. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add potatoes, cauliflower, peas, and water. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot with rice or bread.
