Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 piece Green Chili
  • 2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  4. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add the cubed potatoes and water. Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve hot with rice or bread.
