Ingredients
  • 2 cup Peas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  2. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Stir well.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add peas and coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve hot with rice or bread.
