Ingredients
  • 500 gram Okra
  • 2 piece Tomato
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.
  2. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Stir well.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add okra and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add water, cover the pan, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until okra is tender.
  6. Serve hot with rice or bread.
