Ingredients
  • 2 cup Chickpeas
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
  2. In a bowl, mix the curry powder and salt.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the chickpeas to the pan and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle the curry powder mixture over the chickpeas and stir well to coat.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the chickpeas are crispy.
  7. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
  8. Garnish with cilantro.
  9. Serve as a snack or appetizer.
