Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 4 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until golden brown.
  5. Add turmeric powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, red chili powder, and salt to the pan. Stir well.
  6. Add the fried potatoes back to the pan and mix until well coated with the spices.
  7. Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the lid, add fresh cilantro and lemon juice. Mix well.
  9. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
