Ingredients
  • 1 piece English cucumber
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 1 cup Vegan cream cheese
  • 8 slice White bread
Instructions
  1. Slice the cucumber thinly.
  2. Chop the fresh dill.
  3. In a bowl, mix the vegan cream cheese with the chopped dill.
  4. Take a slice of bread and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on it.
  5. Place a few cucumber slices on top.
  6. Repeat with another slice of bread, cream cheese mixture, and cucumber slices.
  7. Cut off the crusts of the bread slices.
  8. Cut each sandwich into 3 or 4 finger-sized pieces.
  9. Let the sandwiches rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
