  4. Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, snow peas, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
