  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Red Onion
  • 0.5 cup Toasted Almonds
  • 0.5 cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash the spinach leaves and pat them dry.
