Ingredients
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Black olives
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel and dice the cucumber. Thinly slice the red onion. Dice the bell pepper. Drain and slice the black olives.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
