Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into small chunks.
  3. Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and let them sit in the colander for a few minutes to dry.
  5. Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  6. Toss the potatoes to coat them evenly with the oil and seasonings.
