  • 4 medium-sized Potatoes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Place the grated potatoes and chopped onion in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the grated potatoes, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  5. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Take a handful of the potato mixture and shape it into a patty. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
