  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together cocoa powder, peanut butter, honey, oats, chia seeds, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls and roll them in shredded coconut.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled balls.
  7. Refrigerate again for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
