Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and sea salt.
  3. Add the coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Stir in the chopped walnuts and raisins.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten each ball with the back of a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
