  • 1 cup Kidney beans
  • 1 cup Cannellini beans
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 2 stalk Celery stalks
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Pasta
Instructions
  1. In a crockpot, combine kidney beans, cannellini beans, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours.
  3. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add pasta and continue cooking until pasta is tender.
