Ingredients
  • 2 can Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
  1. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Transfer the sautéed onion and garlic to a crock pot.
  4. Add the tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and sugar to the crock pot.
  5. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4 hours.
  7. After 4 hours, use an immersion blender to blend the sauce until smooth.
  8. Continue cooking the sauce uncovered for an additional 1 hour to thicken.
