Ingredients
  • 2 can Black beans
  • 2 can Kidney beans
  • 2 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 large Bell pepper
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 leaf Bay leaves
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a large pot or crock pot, combine the black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes (with their juices), onion (chopped), bell pepper (chopped), garlic cloves (minced), chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and bay leaves.
  2. If using a pot, bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. If using a crock pot, cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the corn and lime juice.
  4. Remove the bay leaves and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
  5. Let the chili rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
