Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Green Beans
  • 150 gram Peas
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 3 gram Garlic
  • 2 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until translucent.
  2. Add diced potatoes, carrots, and green beans. Stir well.
  3. Pour in vegetable stock and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add peas and parsley. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
