Ingredients
  • 500 gram Kale (Savoy Cabbage)
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 piece Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add diced carrots and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and paprika, and cook for another minute.
  4. Add chopped kale, potatoes, vegetable broth, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove bay leaves before serving.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
