  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 300 gram French Beans
  • 200 gram Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets, trim the French beans, and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Place the cauliflower, French beans, and Brussels sprouts on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
