Ingredients
  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 leaf Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage, carrot, and potato to the pot.
  5. Stir in the tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour in the vegetable broth and water.
  7. Add bay leaves and bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the vegetables are tender.
  9. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
  10. Let the stew rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
