Ingredients
  • 4 cup Rice cereal
  • 1 cup Almond butter
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0.5 cup Vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine rice cereal, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the vegan chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the refrigerated mixture and spread it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
  7. Cut into squares or desired shapes and serve.
