Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the cauliflower and stir-fry for about 8-10 minutes, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and drizzle with sesame oil.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
