Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips.
  2. Rinse the potato strips with cold water to remove excess starch.
  3. Place the potato strips in a bowl of cold water and let them soak for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  6. Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the hot fries and toss to coat evenly.
  9. Let the fries rest for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  10. Serve the crispy spicy French fries hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
