Ingredients
  • 1 cup Okara
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the okara, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into cookies. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
