Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Dried fruits (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. If desired, stir in the chopped nuts and dried fruits.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Press each portion down gently to flatten.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the crispy oat drops cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
