  • 1 head Broccoflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the broccoflower into florets.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, curry powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the broccoflower florets in the curry mixture until well coated.
  5. Spread the coated broccoflower on a baking sheet.
