  • 1.5 cup Coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  6. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  7. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
