Ingredients
  • 250 gram Spaghetti
  • 2 piece Ripe Avocados
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine ripe avocados, garlic cloves, lemon juice, fresh basil leaves, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooked spaghetti with the avocado sauce until well coated.
  4. Serve the creamy avocado pasta topped with halved cherry tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese.
