  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.5 cup Almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together dried cranberries, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, rolled oats, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Cut into bars and serve.
