Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, and dried cranberries.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
