Ingredients
  • 3 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, dried cranberries, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well coated. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break the granola into chunks. Store in an airtight container. Serve with yogurt, milk, or enjoy as a snack.
