Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to blend the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually add the water, mixing until the dough comes together.
  5. Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each portion out on a lightly floured surface until it is very thin.
  6. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  7. Use a fork to prick the dough all over to prevent it from puffing up during baking.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
