Ingredients
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Herbs and spices (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, olive oil, water, salt, and herbs and spices (if using).
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Cut the dough into desired shapes using a cookie cutter or a knife.
  6. Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
