Ingredients
  • 2 can Kidney beans
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  2. Add the kidney beans, black beans, tomato sauce, ketchup, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add water and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let it cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve hot as a main dish or side dish.
