Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, chopped garlic, bread crumbs, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the potato patties until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
