Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Butter
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the carrots. Cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain the carrots and return them to the pot.
  4. Add butter, honey, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir well to coat the carrots.
  5. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let the carrots rest for 5 minutes before serving.
