  • 1 can Corn kernels
  • 1 can Green chilies
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 minced Garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 chopped Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add corn kernels and green chilies. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in cumin, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Cook for another 5 minutes.
