  • 15 ounce Canned corn
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Diced jalapeno peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Microwave for 1 minute or until softened.
  2. Stir in the canned corn, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeno peppers, chopped green onions, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Microwave for another 2 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
