  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the onion into 1/2-inch thick rings.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each onion ring into the milk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
  5. Fry the onion rings in batches until golden brown.
