Ingredients
  • 8 slice Bread slices
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 4 leaf Lettuce leaves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl and add salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. Slice the tomatoes and cucumber.
  3. Take a bread slice and spread a layer of the avocado mixture.
  4. Top it with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and cucumber slices.
  5. Cover with another bread slice.
  6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more sandwiches.
  7. Cut the sandwiches into halves or quarters.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
