  • 1 small Red bell pepper
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
  • 2 juiced Lime
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
