Tofu, also known as bean curd, is believed to have originated in China over 2,000 years ago.

Ingredients
  • 400 gram Tofu
  • 2 piece Bell peppers
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 piece Spring onions
Instructions
  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.
  2. Slice the bell peppers and onions.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
  5. Add onions and bell peppers, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add tofu cubes.
  7. Cook the tofu for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix everything together and add soy sauce, chili sauce, and salt.
  9. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  10. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
  11. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
