Ingredients
  • 250 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 250 gram Yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 250 gram Orange cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rose water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl.
  3. Chop the fresh mint leaves and parsley leaves and add them to the bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, rose water, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the tomato mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Cover the bowl and let the salad rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
